Plot
Nanako is an active, sweet, and fresh internship doctor. Although being young and a mere doctor, she struggles positively to overcome her difficult tasks to pursue her great ambition to become a true professional. In spite of her cheap salary, she is engaged in tight dirty work at the department of surgery day and night.
