Yori and his twin sister Iku used to be very close as children but lately Yori has grown colder toward Iku and is always eager to stay away from her. Iku was confused by Yori's attitude. Actually Yori is in love with Iku and that forbidden love is causing Yori sleepless nights since Yori and Iku are sharing the same room with bunk beds. Yori tried to ease his intense desire for Iku by bedding Iku's best friend. He had even applied to attend a boarding school in another city to take him far away from Iku. Yori lost his resolve to stay quiet about his feelings when Iku started to talk about having a boyfriend and going on dates. Now Yori want to have his little sister and he confessed. Iku loves her big brother and wanted them to stay together, so Iku is willing to anything to keep them together. But Yori wanted to have Iku as a lover, not as a sister loyal to her twin.

Ozmo Moral message : When non-identical or dizygotic twins reach puberty it's probably a good idea they have separate bedrooms.

PrincessB I'm still so confused about the story line, but I think just because I didn't saw the manga/anime version. (but after this I definitely watch it)! The movie version is amazing! I really wished a happy ending.. but it wasn't. I mean this kind of things between twins is not normal, but the way they loved each other it's so touching. I really wanted that the final to be a happy ending, and I wished to them to be together as a couple. It's weird.. but in the same time it would be romantic. And I really want another film with them, maybe a sequel to see that they have a normal life, without their love.. and in the end to have a happy ending with their endless love again. ^o^

Genesis So I watched this movie, and was so confused. I watched it a second time and was sad. I watched it a third time and wished neither were related because of how deeply and dearly they loved each other. I watched it a fourth time and was just hurt, confused and in love with the whole story again.

To many it is a sickening and said tale, because the society we live in forbids incesteous relationships and condemns them as wrong, wrong, wrong. Given how the two have grown up and lived, the movie portray what Yuki feels for Iku as natural. His thought process about their relationship is natural and normal in his heart. Iku, seems a bit slow and willing to follow Yuki without protest which makes it seem natural too. I'd venture to say Yuki is the older of the twins and therefore telling Iku what to do is a natural and normal way of life for them. The abscenes of their parents is a bit confusing to me...I kept wondering where their father was as it seemed he not a thought in regards to the family structure. The mother must work late nights over overnight and doesn't let her mind really explore what she thinks or assumes might be going on between Yuki and Iku (when she goes in to make the bed and finds only one slept in)...she immediately wonders where did Yuki sleep.

Anyways, it's a fantastic movie....both Jun Matsumoto and Nana Eikura do an AMAZING job in this movie. It would be lovely to see both actors do another film together....maybe a sequel...it isn't to late to see what becomes of the two twin lovers in the future.

roe This is a story about the strange roads through which human hearts could travel-but love should forever be cherished and i don't find any fault in Yuri falling in love with Iko, it is a strange but acceptable love

spn_1109 What kind of sick, twisted story line is this?

Ruchelle I haven't watched this movie but just by reading the plot,I can really say that this is a very good story! It's realistic and very candid.Jun Matsumoto is personally my favorite actor and I am so excited on how he carried his role in this movie.Maybe curiosity really gives me the excitement to watch this movie and I am very much confident that this movie will not disappoint me unlike those movies sharing the same plot and ending....I love you Matsujun!

Katharina The first time I've seen it, ...totally captivating!

jejepechek I love this movie, much.I cried everytime wacthed it.but,I'm confuse, are yori&iku, step sibling or twins?if they're step then fine if they have love as a lover, but if they're twins, too weird for me,if they have kind of love like that.

Lola98 This story is amazing! I cry when I see the cartoon, especially. Yori is sooo amazing :) I really would like to see what happens after when Yori moves to college.

paula vadão Seria melhor se fosse xxx!

Kyouya This kind of story make me sick!

Sayonara This was a very touching story. The plot is a bit disturbing, but the actors had too much chemistry and never really came across as siblings to me! I love that Yori's friend is supportive, even though he is feeling a certain way. At the end, they realize they could not be together as lovers, but I think...maybe in their next life? haha

emy ..at the end, i was just curious, did they totally end their relationship as lovers?

alexx it's a good story but also a sad one. even if those two fall in love they finally realise they can't be together.

non sibi I think it is a weird story.. :(
