Veteran Actor! He was great in 'the Road to Racetrack' , 'Missing' and 'Green Fish'.

Also, Good to see him as a regular in Hong Sang Soo Films. He fits there very well.

And wondering....whether he and the director 'Chung Ji Young' are like brothers because they look really same.
