Plot
The drama set in historical and beautiful Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan. A quite middle-aged store-keeper Kimihiko (Masatoshi Nakamura) who used to be a shrewd detective returns to his original profession by opening his private office after 20 years. Despite his great experience as a detective, all he receives are small trivial cases. His biggest concern is his loving daughter, Rei (Kumiko Endo) who he tried to raise as a feminine and gentle person but turned out to become a detective of Kyoto Police. What made matter worse, Mayumi (Nagisa Katahira), a rival to Kimihiko, turned out to be his daughters’ boss.
