Plot
Torajiro Shirai (Akihiro Nishino) is a former diplomat and a master in the art of negotiations and the study of human actions (praxeology). His hair turned white overnight after enduring extreme physical abuse. Torajiro Shirai, nicknamed "White Tiger" now applies his trade to help those in trouble with the legal system or from people abusing their postioin.
