Plot
A young man named Li (Daniel Wu) encounters problems at work as an engineer and at home with his wife Pang (Beibi Gong) who works as an investigative reporter. The man is then befriended by his neighbor - a mysterious American expatriate (Kevin Spacey) who changes his life.
