Plot
In 1800, there was a butchers' village somewhere on the outskirts of Seoul Mansuk lived in this village as a butcher but in fact his main job was to behead people who were sentenced to capital punishment Whenever political turmoil or revolutions occurred, he became busy as he had to cut off many heads.
