Plot
Lieutenant Tsuyoshi Azumi (Kuranosuke Sasaki) is transfered from the Jinnan Police Station to the special investigation section at the The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. The members in the special investigation section are all from different divisions and the team can be broken up at any time. The team are treated like outsiders by others and they can't attend investigation meetings or on the scene inspections. Other members include number #2 member of the team Makoto Ozaki ((Yukiyoshi Ozawa), young ace detective Tatsuya Koike (Seiji Fukushi) amd rookie detective Yuki (Manami Higa).
