Plot

When a honest police officer steals a million dollars from the police safe and destroys the evidence store, Kin- a capable elite member of the special G4 force- suspects the former has been hypnotized. He enlists the help of a psychologist who has been convicted of manslaughter. As the two unlikely partners get closer to the truth, they find out that the crooks' plans are far more ambitious than they thought.
