Plot
Aki Mashima (Sakichi Sato) a director who has a fear of large breasts, falls for an actress named Mika Wanibuchi (Rina Akiyama), Mika thinks breast enlargement will help her career. Mika and Aki go on the run from the police after Mika kills another actress (Yuri Morishita). While on the run, the pair go in search of a town supposedly filled entirely with women with large breasts.
Throughout the Movie Aki's love for Mika transforms him into a good looking version of himself (Ryosei Konishi) but Mika likes the original.
