kelly I understand what you are talking about. I felt like I was tricked into watching this drama too.Hoping that itll be sweet and cute, and about chocolates. But after watching this drama I like the fact that it wasn't like the typical dramas out. All the characters in this drama are negative and that what made it different. It was boring at times and I really dislike Jun most of the time because of all the choices he made. Watching his character you could either say he was an artist and dreamer who needed his muse. but I would call him a big Douche lord. although all this, I love the development of kaoruko-san and the process of her character. She stole the show for me, when the show was dragging with Jun having an affair,kaoruko-san lead the show.

Anyways at the end of the drama I couldn't really hate any character but accept that this people are complicated. (Spolier alert) Jun was pretty stupid to go back to the model girl. I was hoping for them to be a couple, but NOPE. being the douche he was he had to missed it up.

this is not a must watch drama, more like you should watch it cause not everything in life is perfect. ALSO I would like a drama about kaoruko-san, that would be fun!:)

kelly The only thing that I was satisfied about this drama was the outcome of kaoruko-san, they should have a 2nd season about her. shes the only one that level up. LOBE her.

Nao In the first place, THIS is a dorama BASED on a josei manga, which means A STORY FOR ADULT WOMEN, and this particular genre has themes like this; betrayal, romance, cheating, sex and more "realistic" and mature problems than innocent romance like in shoujo. IT IS INTENDED TO BE THIS SEXUAL so don't go complaining about how "they ruined it" when actually that's how the story goes. Research before watching anything and complaining. As for me, I'm still watching this dorama (a year after it aired haha) but so far i'm really liking it, and since i was so tired about the typical love comedies and shoujo, this is a good change. Give it a chance but don't watch it if you don't like josei and adult genres.

L Analu I was looking forward to Heartbroken Chocolatier, but what a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Watching the first two episodes was more than enough to find this drama very disturbing with the continuous amount of sexual thoughts, language & acts. How shameful of the writer, director & producer to create this drama in this way. How insulting of them to disrespect us viewers by using popular actors & actresses, who degrade themselves in their characters, to entice us viewers to fantasize, watch & listen to the explicit sexual content. What could have been portrayed as a sweet, uplifting, endearing story is instead portrayed shamefully by tossing aside proper morals & values, by highlighting immorality & by covering it up with cuteness in the acting scenes. (Skimming through the final episode, however, shows the truthful outcome that there will always be great losses of dignity through deceit & immorality. Choosing to be a "bad person" like the main character can never be called "good.") This drama is NOT RECOMMENDED for viewing. Viewers must have writers, directors & producers who will release more dramas that will value true, lasting relationships through proper moral, respectful, trusting conduct--there is not enough of these types of dramas today.

Kat Jun Matsumoto had a lot of intimate scenes in this drama. I would much rather see Jun have intimate scenes with Mao Inoue, LOL! This was an okay drama, but the ending was bittersweet and a little disappointing, but overall it was a good drama.

Clara Who ended up with who . I am curious

kdot The ending was actually that different It was weird it ended like that

kdot The ending was actually not bad, it was actually very different from a standard Japanese Love drama.

Ozmo Chocolate Bambino! Fine talent wasted in a mediocre copycat story.

max Stupid unsatisfying ending

Mic So happy it's the final episode next week. I'm getting really sick of this drama! What's all that with the two leads?? Grow up and live a normal life already!!!

chi I think kaoruko-san is the most realistic character in the drama. Weighing the pros and cons in each decision. She's doing her best not to be a hypocrite. She's just too adorable! <3

Clea Kaoruko is by far the best character in this insane drama i prefer her over miss gold digger and miss booty call.

maria i hope Sota and Erena will be together!!! but i hope Sota and Saeko will be together too!!!! arghhh,,im confuse!!!

trifarashi This drama is always make my mouth watering. I'm totally in Team Elena! Sato is too M...but...well..in real life...Jun is known as M person. huhuhu :P but seriously, please don't give that damn typical ending. I kinda can expect the ending will be Sato X Saeko. so not liking it. If that Saeko do have feeling with Sato. Why the hell she getting married in the first place. I support Elena! This drama make my life miserable every week. I always waiting for new ep and always hungry / craving for chocolate.

murasakilizard I totally want the chocolate Matsujun from the opening credits! I know Erena isn't going to win out, but I still kind of hope she does. I grow less fond of Kaoruko with every episode. And Chocolate Barbie does not deserve Souta, either. This show always makes me hungry.

heynow I really love this drama so far!! It's so cute and fresh! Love the scenes when they make chocolate! And the OST is indeed fantastic!!

dramawatcher :P Such a great drama. Funny, light-hearted and a really great cast of actors. At first I thought the story line was kinda cliche from the pilot episode, but it really isn't turning out to be that way ^^ If I had a drama to recommend of the year so far, out of both k and j dramas, this would definitely be it :)

melin star i love this series sweet and light and delicious the ost and melody are perfect and nicely placed searched for them but found just fan made and not to talk about the pervert mind of sota kun and ilove matsuri and olivier couple and saeko san sato kun are nice together

Arnie OMG I really love this series including its OST Bittersweet, Im already on episode 5 hoping this gonna be completed on asiatorrents, gonna download its 1080p format..... BTW that protagonist girl Satomi was also from the series Rich Man Poor Woman with a great OST as well.

Selin Gol The music is just great! I will search for the OST.

Razan Hussein This drama is super great, I really love sota kun, Sota & Erena are nice, I really really really can't wait for the next episodes.

Maxine Ah reminds me of Bambino!

Melissa I kinda don't like Saeko, Sota & Erena! fighting! ^____^ <3

shitsuren Making chocolate has never been this intense.

me too Interesting tale....Keep 'em coming...

me Anyone know any of the songs or details of the OST of the show. The music is just awesome.

Sora this drama is totally make my heart broken lol sota kun is really a masochist person ne. but the video is really beautiful.

d seriously cannot wait for this. Matsujun is just so gorgeous and charismatic on screen.

readlead totally cant wait again for this! the teaser looks so good! Jun, ganbatte!!!

Hika Yes!!!! Shige!!!!! So excited!

hira Will ARASHI be singing the OST? :D

anon was hoping yukie nakama would pay the role of saeko, coz it would be great if they came back together onscreen also yukie nakama has been doing alot of boring drama's of late, looking forward to this.

lightFIRE7 My favourite actress is the female lead!!! Satomi Ishihara!Yeah! They gonna meet again after kimi wa petto drama. Never thought that they both would be staring together as a lead in the drama! I am so gonna watch this!

sphinx still no update for who will play the character of Saeko?.. Inoue Mao pls :)

aznative Haven't read the manga, but the story sounds "sweet".
