I saw this film on DVD with my grandson who likes noir suspense films. It begins with a 2007 murder of a security guard at a high rise apartment complex. The story is not sequential - the director avoids 'building' the story - it goes from Miss Cheng's childhood, back and forth to various incidents leading to extreme frustration. I agree with Tim Ma who reviewed this here. Miss Cheng (Josie Ho) indeed deserves accolades and kudos for a psychotic perfomance. I must see more of this director's work. The cinematography, angles, and color are all brilliant examples of film art. When it is over we can see how those tangled incidents fit together. Beautiful!

How can there be no comment left for this movie!
All the horror moments were laid out prefectly in the movie! Not just the special effects of the make up but also how each killing scene were executed.
The plot & story were well thought out in details and definitly brought out the idea of living in such radical world we are in today, one must be more radical than the world around him/her to survive! Certainly, the writer of the film was trying to illustrate how far would someone go to beat the ridiculous house pricing in HK. But this ideology can also be extented to how one need to be crazier than the rest of the world to survive in this already crazy world!)
Great horror acting from all the actors/actresses!
A must see for all horror movie fans.
