Plot
Inspector Fu is a corrupted cop. He is charged by the ICAC and escapes when he is sent to court. He flees to Mainland China, where he joins a criminal gang and becomes the number one wanted criminak in the country. Two femake detectives, Sonia and Hung are sent China to investigate Fu's case. Meanwhile, two young men who were framed by Fu years ago are also in China, they decide to take their revenge. Fu locks the four inside a building and is about to kill all of them. But then the Chinese cops arrive.
