Plot
Documentary filmmaker Ryan Pastor heads for Cebu island with girlfriend Monet on a vacation and hopes to make a documentary along the way that will win the 50,000 peso prize at the Singulog Festival in Cebua. While making the documentary, Ryan meets an ex-mayor of an undisclosed town named Lito. Lito is quite frank with Ryan about his past exploits, even admitting having a drug lord killed due to the drug lord giving him a lack of respect. Then Ryan comes across a real murder scene he films for his documentary ....
