Plot
Despite having been recently promoted to board member of a prestigious trading company, Hidekiyo is forced to quit his job and return to his hometown in the country to care for his father who has started to suffer from dementia. He returns with complex feelings towards his father due to bitter memories from his youth and must try to set these aside. Unfortunately, his father’s dementia worsens and what has been emotionally difficult becomes physically taxing as well.
