About
Chungeorahm Films was founded in November 28, 2001. For the first two years the company worked solely as a Korean film distribution company. The company distributed 9 South Korean films in 2002. Starting in 2004, Chungeorahm Films began their own in-house production with their first ever self-produced film The President's Barber. 2004 saw Chungeorahm Films begin investing in other films as well. The company also opened up a branch office in Beijing. In 2006, Chungeorahm Films' own in-house production unit created that year's biggest film The Host.
