Hong Kong actor and TV host, To became known for the teleplay My Date with a Vampire in 1999; he later went into movies and has been nominated the Best Supporting Actor for the movie Infernal Affairs in the Hong Kong Film Awards. He was nominated the Best Actor in the Internationalen Filmfestspiele Berlin for his leading role in the movie Isabella in 2006.
