Plot
Masked armed men, belonging to an Islamic separatists group, enter a beach resort in the Philippines and takes 20 hostages. The hostages are taken on a journey, across the sea and through the mountains, all the while, hounded by the Filipino army that are on their trails.
Notes
- To realistically portray the screenplay, director Brillante Mendoza filmed the movie chronologically with the screenplay. In addition, the kidnappers and hostages were kept separate until the filming of the kidnapping scene.
