Plot
The story of two families. The first couple is the husband who works as a taxi-driver, and a wife who has recently been fired from the factory. Uncomfortable with her enforced inactivity, she tries to earn a little money be selling mattresses. Despite their modest lifestyle, they are united in the face of life’s troubles. The other couple welcomes home their son who has just returned from the reformatory. The parents try to reintegrate him into a quiet normal existence. The father, who’s a former policeman, finds him a job. All of these simple facts and details hide painful memories and dark secrets that unite these two families.
