ep. 36
Bong-dal asks Tae-hyeon where he’s been because he’s been unable to reach him. Tae-hyeon hides his despair over Seo-gyeong’s affair and starts to make excuses but he becomes teary and blames himself for everything. Bong-dal starts to worry about his son’s strange behavior. Geon-wu gives Jin-a underwear, the present that Seo-gyeong bought for her. Se-yeong is surprised by her husband’s sudden attentiveness.
So-young calls Seo-gyeong and warns her that Tae-hyeon is a time bomb, just
waiting to go off.
Seo-gyeong becomes angry and asks Tae-hyeon why is continues to meet So- young, but Tae-hyeon glares at her, his face ashen.
Se-yeong goes to the department store to exchange the present that Geon-wu
bought for Jin-a, but she becomes confused when she hears that it was a woman
who bought the underwear, not a man.
ep. 37
Se-yeong becomes suspicious of Geon-wu and she begins to realize that Geon-wu has something going on with Jin-a’s birth mother. Gyeong-sun realizes that her daughter-in-law is beginning to suspect and vows to herself that she will stop Seo- gyeong from meeting with Geon-wu and Jin-a. Se-yeong can’t shake off her suspicions and even asks Jin-a about Geon-wu’s behavior.
So-young informs Seo-gyeong that she met with Bong-dal to talk about the stocks in
Seo-gyeong’s hospital and she offers to buy some. Seo-gyeong tells her that she
will quit her job first before letting her do that but So-young replies that what she
wants is not the hospital but her husband, Tae-hyeon. Seo-gyeong becomes
enraged and slaps So-young when she starts to talk about how she loves Tae-
hyeon more than Seo-gyeong ever will.
Tae-hyeon is playing Go with Bong-dal when he receives a call from So-young that
Seo-gyeong is with Geon-wu at a hotel. He is devastated by Seo-gyeong’s
behavior.
ep. 38
Seo-gyeong has a drink with Geon-wu at a hotel bar. After he leaves, she calls her husband and asks him to meet her there. Tae-hyeon already knew she was there because of So-young’s phone call and is anxious. After a silent debate with himself, he goes to meet Seo-gyeong at the bar. Gyeong-sun scolds her son for not leaving Seo-gyeong and Geon-wu becomes angry with her and tells her that nothing can stop him now.
Seo-gyeong tells Tae-hyeon that she is in love with another man and that she can’t
stop. Although shocked by her confession, Tae-hyeon asks her not to leave him
because he still loves her. He begs her to reconsider, reminding her of her duty to
their son, Wu-ram. But Seo-gyeong tells him that she can’t live a lie anymore.
Meanwhile, Se-yeong is surprised when she sees her husband looking at a picture
of Seo-gyeong on his computer.
ep. 39
Tae-hyeon tries to spy on Seo-gyeong at the gym when she leaves for her morning exercise. Thinking she is with Geon-wu, he tries to barge in on her but the trainers at the gym stop him. After her exercise, Seo-gyeong goes to the hospital to work and falls asleep. Tae-hyeon heads home after making sure that Seo-gyeong really is at the hospital.
Gyeong-sun meets with Seo-gyeong and tells her not to come between Geon-wu
and Se-yeong. She also orders Seo-gyeong not to even think about building a
relationship with Jin-a. She warns Seo-gyeong that if she becomes too greedy, she
may lose everything. Seo-gyeong retorts back saying that she will never forgive
Gyeong-sun for tearing her and Geon-wu apart.
Tae-hyeon questions So-young about Geon-wu, asking whether he is single or not.
He is shocked when he hears that Geon-wu is married and has a daughter.
Meanwhile, Se-yeong asks Gyeong-sun about how much she knows about Seo-
gyeong.
ep. 40
Gyeong-sun confesses everything to Se-yeong and tells her not to worry because she has met Seo-gyeong and warned her to stay away. Despite the assurance, Se- yeong is worried about Geon-wu and their marriage. Tae-hyeon sends flowers to Seo-gyeong with a card that plays a recording of his and Wu-ram’s voice. Seo- gyeong feels guilt and sadness as she listens to their voices.
Tae-hee meets with So-young, whose driver’s license was suspended due to a
DUI. She tells So-young that So-young is obsessed with Tae-hyeon but doesn’t say
anything more when So-young insists that if you love someone, you do it with your
whole heart. Sang-jin joins them and later comments on how lonely So-young looks
after she leaves.
So-young lures Se-yeong to the cottage in Yangpyeong when she comes to visit
Seo-gyeong at the hospital.
ep. 41
Not knowing that Geon-wu and Seo-gyeong are together at the Yangpyeong cottage, Se-yeong heads there after a phone call from So-young. Gyeong-sun is confused by Se-yeong’s remark that Geon-wu must have prepared a special present for her. Seo-gyeong tells Geon-wu that Tae-hyeon knows everything and that she wants to live as a family with him and Jin-a as soon as possible.
Tae-hyeon seeks a lawyer and asks about divorce proceedings and whether the
spouse who had an affair could apply for a divorce. After the lawyer informs him that
it is not legal for the cheating spouse to apply for a divorce, Tae-hyeon ponders
upon this fact. When So-young comes to see him, Tae-hyeon yells at her that he is
disgusted over her ruthless ways of gaining what she wants. He also claims to So-
young that even if he loses Seo-gyeong, he won’t turn to her.
Meanwhile, Se-yeong arrives at the cottage. She sees a picture of Geon-wu and
Seo-gyeong and faints from the shock.
ep. 42
Se-yeong is so shocked by the secret affair between Geon-wu and Seo-gyeong that she faints. Geon-wu panics while cradling the unconscious Se-yeong and Seo- gyeong also trembles with fear. Geon-wu heads to Seoul with Se-yeong in his car. Meanwhile, Tae-hyeon heads to Yangpyeong after a phone call from So-yeong.
Due to the shock she received upon discovering that her husband is cheating on
her, Se-yeong suffers from aphasia. Gyeong-sun is disgusted over the fact that her
son has been living a double life with Seo-gyeong. Despite her reaction, Geon-wu
informs his mother that he loves Seo-gyeong and that no one can separate the two
of them. Tae-hyeon finds Seo-gyeong inside the cottage and asks her which is the
real Seo-gyeong. Seo-gyeong begs him for a fast divorce.
Se-yeong is admitted in the hospital and she is displaying strange behavior. She
hits Geon-wu and acts difficult.
ep. 43
Geon-wu tells Se-yeong that he is sorry and that he has nothing more to offer to Se- yeong except an apology. He also tells her that he’s been in pain because of his secret and now that Se-yeong knows, he actually feels liberated. While Geon-wu is talking, Se-yeong wordlessly stares at him but inside she is seething with anger and despair.
So-young becomes friends with Sang-jin through Tae-hee and tells him about Seo-
gyeong. She is confused when Sang-jin tells her that Jin-a is twelve years old.
Then she suddenly remembers how Seo-gyeong used to stare at Jin-a’s picture and
smiles with malice.
So-young goes to the office even though it’s her day off and looks through Seo- gyeong’s picture album. Seo-gyeong catches her in the act and slaps her.
ep. 44
Gyeong-sun and Geon-wu are searching desperately for Se-yeong, who has disappeared. Meanwhile, Se-yeong is already at home asleep in Ms. Song’s arms like a baby. Jin-a tells her dad that the only person who can make Se-yeong cry is herself and dad and asks him to make Se-yeong smile. Geon-wu feels pity and guilt toward his daughter who knows nothing of what is going on.
Tae-hyeon feels horror and disgust over how So-young tries to insinuate herself to
his family. When Tae-hyeon tells So-young to leave him alone, she tells him that
there is one more truth that he has to know. Tae-hyeon becomes angry and yells at
her but after he sees Jin-a’s picture and discovers the secret of her birth, he feels
despair.
Se-yeong goes into Geon-wu’s study and suddenly becomes enraged. She tears up the place and everything she can lay her hands on.
ep. 45
Geon-wu holds Se-yeong, who’s lost her voice and is crazed, and tells her that he is sorry over and over again. He tells her that Se-yeong is more precious than anybody else and that he loves her, but Se-yeong continues to cry and feels that it is too late. Geon-wu feels pity for Se-yeong and vows to himself that he will do anything for her.
Jung-sook meets with Mal-ja and tells her about some lands and Mal-ja becomes
very interested in this land that is supposedly quite big. Sang-jin meets with Geon-
wu and tells him that he is giving up on Ji-woo and that he is dating somebody else.
Geon-wu tells him that no one else but the people involved can understand the
relationship between a man and a woman.
So-young visits Geon-wu’s hospital and introduces herself as Seo-gyeong’s
friend.
ep. 46
Tae-hyeon finds out about Jin-a through So-young. He tries to forget his pains by throwing himself into his construction work. Bong-dal is worried and annoyed by Tae-hyeon’s behavior but can’t do anything to stop him. Tae-hyeon is more attentive and caring toward his son than ever.
Ji-woo gives two tickets to a musical to Geon-wu and tells him to go with Se-yeong saying that this is a chance for him to make up with his wife. Ji-woo and Jin-a takes Se-yeong to a hair salon and clothing store to get her ready for her date with her husband. At the theater, Se-yeong becomes emotional and cries over her date with her husband and Geon-wu becomes confused by her behavior.
Se-yeong tells Geon-wu that everything is confusing right now and she needs time to get things in order. She asks for 3 months to come to terms with their current situation.
ep. 47
Geon-wu stops Se-yeong from barging in on Seo-gyeong in the middle on the night. Se-yeong is hurt that Geon-wu is more considerate of Seo-gyeong than her. Geon- wu begs her to refrain herself from doing something foolish for Jin-a’s sake. Se- yeong agrees with Geon-wu’s plea but becomes worried that Jin-a might find out about the current situation.
Mal-ja falls for Jung-sook’s scheme and transfers $200,000 to Jung-sook’s account. Jung-sook cooks up a plan to pack up everything and run within the month. Mal-ja believes everything is in order because her husband has already gone over the deed.
Se-yeong tells Ms. Song that she can’t forgive her husband. Se-yeong bumps into Seo-gyeong at Jin-a’s school and grabs her before she runs away.
ep. 48
Geon-wu believes that the time for Jin-a to get to know her birth mother has come at last and he thinks up ways to accomplish that. Seo-gyeong cries saying that she feels like a sinner in front of Se-yeong as well as her husband. Se-yeong becomes enraged when she finds out that Geon-wu was late coming home because he’s been with Seo-gyeong.
Tae-hyeon informs his father that he will move out to prepare for the divorce settlement. Seo-gyeong tells Tae-hyeon not to worry about where she will stay after the divorce. He tells her that he is only taking care of where she will stay after the divorce for the sake of their son because their son will miss her if she moves to the U.S. Tae-hyeon is angry at Seo-gyeong for only thinking of Jin-a and not Wu-ram.
Meanwhile, Se-yeong goes to see Seo-gyeong at the hospital.
ep. 49
Se-yeong finally meets with Seo-gyeong. She is shocked to find the same necklace that she is wearing on Seo-gyeong’s neck. Se-yeong snaps her necklace off her neck and informs Seo-gyeong that she can have Geon-wu but never Jin-a. Seo- gyeong replies that since she is the birth mother, she’d like to see Jin-a too and Se- yeong tells her that now is not the time.
So-young gives Se-yeong her business card and tells her that she’ll help in anyway she can. Geon-wu decides to arrange a meeting between Seo-gyeong and Jin-a. Tae-hyeon takes So-young for a ride in the country. Bong-dal worries that So- young is coming to their house so often and tells her not to stir up any trouble between Tae-hyeon and Seo-gyeong.
Sang-jin searches Geon-wu’s desk for some papers he needs and instead he finds some pictures. He shows these to Tae-hee, thinking it strange.
ep. 50
Geon-wu takes Jin-a with him to meet with Seo-gyeong. Seo-gyeong tells her that she is her birth mother but Jin-a rejects her saying that Se-yeong is her only mother. Jin-a tells them that her only mother is Se-yeong and she doesn’t want to be apart from her. Seo-gyeong becomes dejected after seeing how Jin-a only wants Se -yeong.
In one of her clearer moments, Ms. Song tells Gyeong-sun that the lands in Yangpyeong were meant for her. Gyeong-sun asks for her statement saying that in order to reclaim those lands from her son, she needs her help.
Se-yeong finds out about Jin-a’s meeting with Seo-gyeong and argues with Geon- wu when she suddenly faints.
ep. 51
Tae-hee goes to So-young to verify the truth about Seo-gyeong’s affair and she accuses So-young of driving the wedge between Seo-gyeong and Tae-hyeon and making the situation worse. So-young argues that although she loves Tae-hyeon, she didn’t make Seo-gyeong have an affair. Tae-hee is very angry at Seo-gyeong and says that she can’t forgive her. However, So-young insists that Seo-gyeong is not a bad person but someone to be pitied because she can’t see the treasure that is right in front of her.
Seo-gyeong calls her dad who lives in the U.S and cries on the phone saying that she misses him alot. Tae-hyeon becomes enraged by the phone call because he mistakenly believes that Seo-gyoeng is on the phone with Geon-wu. Seo-gyeong is worried about Wu-ram, who has a bad cold. Tae-hyeon sarcastically asks her if she is worried about her son now that she is about to leave him.
So-young picks up Wu-ram after his private tutoring and keeps him with her. She calls Tae-hyeon to tell him that Wu-ram is with her and gets slapped by Seo-gyeong who’s been worried about Wu-ram.
ep. 52
Seo-gyeong fights with Tae-hyeon saying that So-young had no right to keep Wu- ram with her. But Tae-hyeon retaliates by saying that if Wu-ram’s tutors didn’t know Seo-gyeong’s face and believed So-young was his mother than the fault lies with Seo-gyeong for not being there for Wu-ram. Seo-gyeong becomes desperate and says she couldn’t help it and she doesn’t take the phone call from Geon-wu that came while she is arguing with her husband.
Jin-a confesses to Se-yeong that she met Seo-gyeong and got her muffler back and Se-yeong is thankful toward Jin-a for caring about her feelings so much. She remembers So-young saying that she wants to help Se-yeong and she starts to wonder who actually owns the cottage in Yangpyeong. She finally calls So-young and asks her for the cottage address. After checking the ownership, she becomes enraged when she finds out that the cottage is deeded to Seo-gyeong.
Se-yeong declares a war on Geon-wu to Gyeong-sun and Ji-woo and asks for their help and support.
ep. 53
Tae-hyeon se eks his wife after she left for a late night meeting with Geon-wu. Meanwhile, Se-yeong is shocked by her husband’s behavior when he leaves her to see Seo- gyeong even after she begs him not to. Gyeong-sun begs for her forgiveness saying that she has raised him wrong. Se-yeong wants to show Geon-wu that she will wait for him always and to prove it she stays outside waiting for him despite the cold weather.
Wu-ram falls from a stone embankment and he is taken to an E.R. Seo-gyeong finds out about his accident after and she feels so guilty toward her son that she won’t leave Wu-ram’s side. Tae-hyeon is worried about Seo-gyeong and her behavior. Geon-wu tells Se-yeong that it’s too later for him to turn back and asks for her forgiveness and understanding. Se-yeong tells him that she is now sure that he’s going to leave her.
Gyeong-sun calls her lawyer and plans to sue his son for stealing the Yangpyeong lands with the proof from Ms. Song’s testimony.
ep. 54
Geon-wu plans to mortgage the Yangpyeong lands to raise funds to buy a house for him and Seo-gyeong to live together in. Se-yeong finds the membership card for Geon-wu’s gym at his pocket while doing laundry and gets a hunch. She calls So- young to confirm her suspicions. Se-yeong visits the gym and confirms that Geon- wu is exercising with Seo-gyeong there.
Bong-dal calls Seo-gyeong out and gives her an expensive purse. He tells Seo- gyeong that Tae-hyeon lacks many things compared to her but begs her to take care of him because he easily gets lonely. Seo-gyeong just cries while he is begging her.
While storing his divorce settlement papers in his desk drawer, Geon-wu becomes
slightly regretful.
ep. 55
Se-yeong signs up for a membership at the same gym that Geon-wu and Seo- gyeong is registered at and goes for some exercise early in the morning. Meanwhile, while searching for Geon-wu, Seo-gyeong sees Se-yeong with a trainer and she runs out in panic. Se-yeong sees Se-yeong running out.
Sang-jin comes to see Se-yeong and informs her that Geon-wu has made up his
mind about the divorce and that she shouldn’t give up yet. Sang-jin encourages her
to be strong and see this through because this is more that just her problem. Se-
yeong becomes teary after hearing Sang-jin’s offer of help whenever she needs it.
Geon-wu and Seo-gyeong goes for an outing at a beach after they turn their cell
phones off. So-young becomes agitated when she founds out about this.
ep. 56
Se-yeong finds out that Geon-wu tried to mortgage the Yangpyeong lands and she also finds the divorce papers and some advertising brochures of apartment complexes in his desk drawer. She feels betrayed by how he is preparing everything secretly behind her back. She begins to think calmly about her situation.
Tae-hee tells Seo-gyeong that she knows what is going on and demands to know
how long Seo-gyeong is going to be indecisive. Tae-hyeon stops his sister when
she begins to demand that Seo-gyeong confess everything to Bong-dal and Mal-ja. Seo-gyeong tries to come clean but Tae-hyeon urges her not to, saying that he will
agree to a divorce like she wants and that there is no need to get the whole family in
an uproar.
Seo-gyeong is confused when she receives a letter demanding that she demolish her cottage.
ep. 57
Geon-wu calls Se-yeong out and asks her in anger if she sent that letter to Seo- gyeong. He tells her that he knows Gyeong-sun is behind this and that there is nothing she can do that will make him change his mind. Se-yeong becomes angry at him for being mad at her and starts to cry.
So-young invites Mal-ja out for a dinner and takes her to the restaurant where Geon- wu and Seo-gyeong are having dinner together. Mal-ja is surprised when So-young informs her that Geon-wu is Seo-gyeong’s old boyfriend and that she is still seeing him. Mal-ja is overcome with a sense of betrayal and So-young smiles behind her back.
Se-yeong is in a state of shock because of her husband and she just walks into a random inn.
ep. 58
Mal-ja witnesses Seo-gyeong with Geon-wu and Tae-hee informs her brother that Mal-ja knows. Tae-hyeon is hurt and starts to drink. Meanwhile, the whole family tensely waits for Seo-gyeong. Tae-hyeon tells his father that all this happened because of his inadequacies and asks for his forgiveness but Bong-dal is so angry that he declares he will never forgive Seo-gyeong.
Se-yeong is holed up at the inn with her misery while everybody from Geon-wu to Jin-a is looking for her. Sang-jin is disappointed in his friend because Geon-wu hasn’t even filed a missing person’s report and is generally acting uninterested in Se-yeong’s welfare.
Se-yeong comes to her senses and asks for a job to the owner of the restaurant where she has fainted.
ep. 59
Because of her inexperience, Se-yeong makes many mistakes as she works in the restaurant. However when the owner, Gui-ok tells her that she should go home, she doesn’t listen. Se-yeong cries when she hears a voice mail from Jin-a, who is desperately searching for her and she stays up all night thinking about Jin-a.
Geon-wu hears from the detective that they found Se-yeong at a small restaurant at
a marketplace. He doesn’t believe the claim until he sees Se-yeong with a basket
full of bowls on her head. He is stunned. Despite Geon-wu’s begging, Se-yeong
insists that she has to work and ignores him. Tae-hyeon begs So-young to get out
of his life but Mal-ja claims that she can understand So-young’s feelings and
stands up for her.
Jin-a goes to Namdaemun market in search of Se-yeong.
ep. 60
Seo-gyeong comes home with a present for her son but Wu-ram scarcely pays any attention because he is engrossed with the toy that So-young gave him. Seo- gyeong becomes depressed when she sees for herself that Wu-ram has become closer to So-young. Seo-gyeong tells Wu-ram that she has to go the U.S soon and that they’ll have to say good-bye soon and bursts into tears.
When Se-yeong comes home, Gyeong-sun begs her for forgiveness because all faults lies in her for pushing Geon-wu to Se-yeong in the first place. Se-yeong tells Gyeong-sun that she is not worthy to be her daughter-in-law because now she doesn’t want to come home for fear of Geon-wu.
Tae-hyeon is wasted and he mistakes So-young for Seo-gyeong and falls asleep with So-young.
ep. 61
Gyeong-seon tells Geon-wu that the only person who can bring back Se-yeong is him. However, Geon-wu replies that even if Se-yeong comes back to the house, he still plans to divorce her and that he has not changed his mind about marrying Seo- gyong. After Jin-a overhears the conversation between her dad and grandmother, she yells that she doesn’t need anyone and runs away. Tae-wook tells Seo-gyeong that he is concerned about Wu-ram and that he hopes she won’t go to the U.S after her divorce. Seo-gyeong informs him that she will be staying in Korea and apologizes for all the trouble she’s causing. Mal-ja is so angry toward her daughter- in-law that she demands back all the presents she has given to Seo-gyeong. Seo- gyeong is hurt by the way Mal-ja is acting but tries to restrain her anger. Meanwhile, Se-yeong shows signs of morning sickness while cleaning away the dirty dishes.
ep. 62
Seo-gyeong is hurt by the way her in-laws are acting and she seeks comfort from Geon-wu. However Tae-hyeon, who has been following her around, catches her when she is meeting Geon-wu. Tae-hyeon tries to drag his wife to his car and orders her not to meet Geon-wu until she is officially divorced. Geon-wu tries to stop him and hits him in the face.
After seeing Jin-a skipping school to look for Se-yeong, Ji-woo goes to talk to Se- yeong. Se-yeong becomes worried about Jin-a and is distracted at work. When Seo- gyeong insults So-young by calling her a psycho, So-young asks her with a smirk whether Bong-dal and Mal-ja know about Jin-a.
Se-yeong goes home to see Jin-a and meets Geon-wu and Seo-gyeong who came
to see Jin-a as well.
ep. 63
Se-yeong comes to see Jin-a because she is worried about her but when she sees Seo-gyeong and Geon-wu, she is horrified. Jin-a becomes angry and says she will never see her birth mother. Se-yeong reproachfully asks Geon-wu how he dared to bring Seo-gyeong to this house and Geon-wu begs her to accept the fact that he is leaving her.
So-young finds out that Seo-gyeong is looking for a house to rent and blackmails Tae-hyeon that she will tell Mal-ja about Jin-a. Tae-hyeon informs her that no matter what, his feelings for Seo-gyeong won’t change. So-young reaffirms her vow that she will get him in the end.
Meanwhile, Se-yeong faints while working at the restaurant.
ep. 64
Se-yeoung realizes that she’s pregnant and that she’s been working too hard. Although she has long wanted this pregnancy, she feels despair at the situation between her and her husband. Gui-ok looks at Se-yeong strangely when she tells her that from now on she will not blame anyone and thank God for his blessings everyday.
During his meeting with Mr. Yoon, Seo-gyeong’s father, Tae-hyeon tells him that he still loves Seo-gyeong and that he wants to start over with her. And Mr. Yoon assures him that he’ll not let Seo-gyeong go through with her divorce. However, Seo-gyeong tells her dad that she will do what she wants even if he orders her not to and asks for his forgiveness.
So-young tells Mal-ja about Jin-a and the enraged Mal-ja kicks Seo-gyeong out of
the house while accusing her of matrimonial fraud.
ep. 65
Geon-wu tells Jin-a that they will be moving out of their house to live with Seo- gyeong. Jin-a replies that she will not acknowledge Seo-gyeong as her mother nor go live with her. Gyeong-seon tries to dissuade Geon-wu by saying that he shouldn’ t act so thoughtlessly toward Se-yeong, who’s been a devoted mother to Jin-a. Geon-wu silences her by saying that it’s only right that Jin-a should live with her birth mother.
Jin-a calls Seo-gyeong asking to see her. Seo-gyeong is happy that Jin-a wants to see her but soon becomes disappointed when Jin-a tells her that she’ll call her mother if that’s what she wants but that she wants her dad returned to his family. Seo-gyeong is at a loss and tells her that she’s waited so long to be Jin-a’s mother and that she wants to live with Jin-a.
Mr. Yoon meets with Geon-wu and tells him that he will not allow Seo-gyeong to live with him until he gets his divorce.
ep. 66
Although Tae-hyeon informs Seo-gyeong that Wu-ram is sick, she coldly turns her back saying that she’s been kicked out of the house and that their marriage is over. Geon-wu rents and moves into the studio apartment he rented to live with Seo- gyeong and Jin-a. Gyeong-seon begs Se-yeong to bring back Geon-wu because she’s the only one who can do it.
Mr. Yoon tells Tae-hyeon to never give up on Seo-gyeong. Bong-dal comes to see Mr. Yoon and tells him that he feels betrayed by the one person he trusted the most, Seo-gyeong. Bong-dal coldly asks Mr. Yoon to sell back Seo-gyeong’s share in the hospital but Mr. Yoon asks him to let Seo-gyeong continue to manage the hospital and that he’ll make reparations.
Se-yeong starts to cry when she sees the baby clothes that Gui-ok gave her.

Tae-wook is worried about Wu-ram and invites Ji-woo over to cheer him up and meet his parents. Jin-a gets into trouble at school in anger against her situation at home and Se-yeong gets a call from the teacher. She becomes worried about Jin-a.
Mi-ja’s and Jung-sook’s plan to snatch money and go abroad is well under way.
When the money that Bong-dal is supposed to receive has been deposited, they
finish their preparations. Bong-dal, who doesn’t know what is going on, asks Mi-ja
to check and see if the money has been deposited. He is filled with hope of going to
see the land he bought with Jung-sook.
Mr. Yoon goes to see Gyeong-seon and is bitter about the fact that fate keeps pushing them together. When Gyeong-seon tells him to take Seo-gyeong home to the U.S, he is at a loss.
ep. 68
Tae-hyeon looks on as his wife hugs Wu-ram close at the emergency room. When Tae-wook calls Seo-gyeong his sister-in-law in front of Sang-jin, who’s looked after Wu-ram, Tae-hee becomes embarrassed. Sang-jin tells her that the only people who can resolve these problems are the ones who are directly involved.
Mr. Yoon finds out that Geon-wu and Seo-gyeong have been living a double life at the cottage in Yangpyeong. He tries to resolve the current problem by first sending a present to Ms. Song via Gyeong-seon but Gyeong-seon declines.
Meanwhile, Mi-ja and Jung-sook snatches the money and heads for the airport.

Jin-a tries to throw a party to celebrate Se-yeong’s and Geon-wu’s wedding anniversary. But Geon-wu mistakenly thinks that Se-yeong put Jin-a up to this and tells her not to do anything so foolish. Se-yeong is embarrassed. Jin-a gets mad when Geon-wu tries to leave and tells them to leave her alone.
Bong-dal and Tae-hyeon are busy trying to cope with the aftermath of Jung-sook’s and Mi-ja’s fraud. They are surprised when they find out that Jung-sook is Mi-ja’s aunt and also a convicted con artist. Mal-ja confesses to her husband that she lent some money to Jung-sook and this shocks Bong-dal.
Tae-wook sees Seo-gyeong with Geon-wu by chance and starts to worry about his relationship with Ji-woo.
ep. 70
Tae-hyeon is stressed out due to the mess at the office and Seo-gyeong adds to his problem by informing him that she will be taking Wu-ram with her when he is released from the hospital. Geon-wu decorates his new home with Jin-a’s pictures and Se-yeong tries not to hate Geon-wu while looking at the baby clothes that Gui- ok gave her.
Ji-woo asks Tae-wook what’s wrong when she feels that something is not right. Soon-hae tells her to leave him alone and when Ji-woo asks her how she knows Tae-wook so well, she replies that she is interested in him. Ms. Song dresses up and goes to Munsan in a cab.
