ep. 106
So-young goes to visit Mr. Yoon at the hospital. Seo-gyeong doesn’t want to be separated from her son, who tries to hide from So-young. Geon-wu tries to see Mr. Yoon so that he can apologize but he is denied access by both Seo-gyeong and Mr. Yoon. Mr. Yoon says some meaningful words to Tae-hyeon. He also advises Seo-gyeong to go see Se-yeong and apologize with sincerity. Sang-jin tells Se-yeong that Geon-wu’s eyesight is failing and that he should go see a doctor. Se-yeong tells him that she no longer cares for Geon-wu and that she’ ll never forget the fact that Geon-wu abandoned his own baby. Se-yeong starts to work as a volunteer at a nursery. Gyeong-seon and Jin-a try to understand her. Gyeong-seon tries to cajole Se-yeong into letting Geon-wu come home again and Se-yeong vows that she’ll never let Geon-wu set foot in her house.

Gyeong-seon gets mad at Se-yeong for being so stubborn. On top of this, when Ms. Song who is unaware of what’s going on in the house, creates problems everywhere, Gyeong-seon feels miserable. Ji-woo loses hope for their future and tries to break-up with Tae-wook. However, Tae-wook tells her that they can overcome their families’ objections and that he’ll never give up. Mr. Yoon gets ready to go back to the U.S. He begs Tae-hyeon to let Seo-gyeong raise Wu-ram. Tae-hyeon replies that he’ll soon marry So-young and that he’s going to raise his son. Seo-gyeong goes to see Se-yeong. She sincerely begs for Se- yeong’s forgiveness and tells her that she is sorry for not having shared her pain as a woman and a mother. Seo-gyeong tells Geon-wu that she’s not going to Jeju Island and that she’s going to make her child her priority.
ep. 108
Se-yeong signs the papers that Geon-wu brought and drops the charges against him and Seo-gyeong. Then she torments Geon-wu by asking him how it feels to be working in Tae-hyeon’s hospital. Geon-wu gets angry at Sang-jin for not telling him that fact and thereby making him look a fool. Sang-chul tries to get Tae-hyeon to admit that the reason why he didn’t report his divorce to the local government is because he still has feelings for Seo-gyeong. So-young says she doesn’t know why Wu-ram is avoiding her. She is full of dreams about marrying Tae-hyeon and moving into his house. Before he leaves, Mr. Yoon meets Geon-wu and warns him for the last time but when Geon-wu threatens back by saying that he’ll expose Mr. Yoon’s murky past, Seo-gyeong becomes angry. So-young finds out that Seo-gyong has been meeting Wu-ram thanks to Bong-dal. Seo-gyeong is distressed over her situation and calls Tae-hyeon while drunk.

While drunk, Seo-gyeong tells Tae-hyeon that she wants him back and that she did so many unforgivable things to him in the past. Tae-hyeon doesn’t reply to Seo- gyeong’s begging. He takes her to Mr. Yoon’s home and feels many conflicting emotions when he sees her regretting her affair with Geon-wu. Ji-woo asks for Se-yeong’s opinion on her plans to marry Tae-wook. Se-yeong tells her that although she likes Tae-wook, she’s against Ji-woo marrying him. Ji-woo feels hurt because she thought Se-yeong would understand. Se-yeong advises her to talk things with Geon-wu. Seo-gyeong fires So-young and So-young tells her that she is pregnant with Tae- hyeon’s baby and asks to be congratulated.
ep. 110
When Geon-wu is sued for malpractice, Gyeong-seon asks for Se-yeong’s financial help in settling the suit. But Se-yeong turns a cold shoulder, saying that she doesn’t have any money and that she doesn’t care if Geon-wu goes to jail or have his license is revoked. Gyeong-seon tells Geon-wu to beg for Se-yeong’s forgiveness and come home but he refuses adamantly. Ji-woo goes to see Tae-wook’s parents. When Tae-hee informs Mal-ja how Ji-woo is related to Geon-wu, the whole family turns against Ji-woo and Tae-wook’s relationship. Ji-woo regrets not having been truthful earlier and Tae-wook proposes to Ji-woo. So-young becomes enraged with jealousy when Tae-hyeon meets with Seo- gyeong. She starts to take her anger out on Wu-ram.
