Plot
Kenji Sumimoto (Atsuro Watabe) is an elite investigator who leads the secret investigation unit known as "Ura". The group was formed after the September 11 terrorist attacks and now they are on the hunt for foreign terrorists who are hiding in Japan. Deception, betrayal, and secret back-door plotting are all part of the game.
